Service Description

Ease into the week with a 45 minute sauna session at our Woodland Wellness area. Use the cold showers for some hot and cold therapy between stints in the wood-fired barrel sauna.

Whilst we're new, bookings are closed 4 hours prior to each session. If you wish to make a same-day booking within 4 hours of a session, please call 417705. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your booking commencing.
